Before I show his most recent attack, here is the legal definition of slander...

slander n. oral defamation, in which someone tells one or more persons an untruth about another which untruth will harm the reputation of the person defamed. Slander is a civil wrong (tort) and can be the basis for a lawsuit. Damages (payoff for worth) for slander may be limited to actual (special) damages unless there is malicious intent, since such damages are usually difficult to specify and harder to prove. Some statements such as an untrue accusation of having committed a crime, having a loathsome disease, or being unable to perform one's occupation are treated as slander per se since the harm and malice are obvious, and therefore usually result in general and even punitive damage recovery by the person harmed. Words spoken over the air on television or radio are treated as libel (written defamation) and not slander on the theory that broadcasting reaches a large audience as much if not more than printed publications. SLANDER, torts. The defaming a man in his reputation by speaking or writing words which affect his life, office, or trade, or which tend to his loss of preferment in marriage or service, or in his inheritance, or which occasion any other particular damage. Law of Nisi Prius, 3. In England, if slander be spoken of a peer, or other great man, it is called Scandalum Magnatum. Falsity and malice are ingredients of slander. Bac. Abr. Slander. Written or printed slanders are libels; see that word.
     2. Here it is proposed to treat of verbal slander only, which may be considered with reference to, 1st. The nature of the accusation. 2d. The falsity of the charge. 3d. The mode of publication. 4th. The occasion; and 5th. The malice or motive of the slander.
     3.-Sec. 1. Actionable words are of two descriptions; first, those actionable in themselves, without proof of special damages and, secondly, those actionable only in respect of some actual consequential damages.
     4.-1. Words of the first description must impute: 1st. The guilt of some offence for which the party, if guilty, might be indicted and punished by the criminal courts; as to call a person a "traitor," "thief," "highwayman;" or to say that he is guilty of "perjury," "forgery," "murder," and the like. And although the imputation of guilt be general, without stating the particulars of the pretended crime, it is actionable. Cro. Jac. 114, 142; 6 T. R. 674; 3 Wils. 186; 2 Vent. 266; 2 New Rep. 335.      5.-2d. That the party has a disease or distemper which renders him unfit for society. Bac. Abr. Slander, B 2. An action can therefore be sustained for calling a man a leper. Cro. Jac. 144 Stark. on Slander, 97. But charging another with having had a contagious disease is not actionable, as he will not, on that account, be excluded from society. 2 T. R. 473, 4; 2 Str. 1189; Bac. Abr. tit. Slander, B 2. A charge which renders a man ridiculous, and impairs the enjoyment of general society, and injures those imperfect rights of friendly intercourse and mutual benevolence which man has with respect to man, is also actionable.      6.-3d. Unfitness in an officer, who holds an office to which profit or emolument is attached, either in respect of morals or inability to discharge the duties of the office in such a case an action lies. 1 Salk. 695, 698; Rolle, Ab. 65; 2 Esp. R. 500; 5 Co. 125; 4 Co. 16 a; 1 Str. 617; 2 Ld. Raym. 1369; Bull. N. P. 4; Holt on Libels, 207; Stark. on Slander, 100.
     7.-4th. The want of integrity or capacity, whether mental or pecuniary, in the conduct of a profession, trade or business, in which the party is engaged, is actionable, 1 Mal. Entr. 244 as to accuse an attorney or artist of inability, inattention, or want of integrity; 3 Wils. 187; 2 Bl. Rep. 750; or a clergyman of being a drunkard; 1 Binn. 178; is actionable. See Holt on Libels, 210; Id. 217.
     8.-2. Of the second class are words which are actionable only in respect of special damages sustained by the party slandered. Though the law will not permit in these cases the inference of damage, yet when the damage has actually been sustained, the party aggrieved may support an action for the publication of an untruth; 1 Lev. 53; 1 Sid. 79, 80; 3 Wood. 210; 2 Leon. 111; unless the assertion be made for the assertion of a supposed claim; Com. Dig. tit. Action upon the case for Defamation, D 30; Bac. Ab. Slander, B; but it lies if maliciously spoken. See 1 Rolle, Ab. 36 1 Saund. 243 Bac. Abr. Slander, C; 8 T. R. 130 8 East, R. 1; Stark. on Slander, 157.
     9.-Sec. 2. The charge must be false; 5 Co. 125, 6; Hob. 253; the falsity of the accusation is to be implied till the contrary is shown. 2 East, R. 436; 1 Saund. 242. The instance of a master making an unfavorable representation of his servant, upon an application for his character, seems to be an exception, in that case there being a presumption from the occasion of the speaking, that the words were true. 1 T. R. 111; 3 B. & P. 587; Stark. on Slander, 44, 175, 223.
     10.-Sec. 3. The slander must, of course, be published, that is, communicated to a third person; and if verbal, then in a language which he understands, otherwise the plaintiff's reputation is not impaired. 1 Rolle, Ab. 74; Cro. Eliz. 857; 1 Saund. 2425 n. 3; Bac. Abr. Slander, D 3. A letter addressed to the party, containing libelous matter, is not sufficient to maintain a civil action, though it may subject the libeler to an indictment, as tending to a breach of the peace; 2 Bl.      11.-Sec. 4. To render words actionable, they must be uttered without legal occasion. On some occasions it is justifiable to utter slander of another, in others it is excusable, provided it be uttered without express malice. Bac. Ab. Slander, D 4; Rolle, Ab. 87; 1 Vin. Ab. 540. Five qualify for Grovetown council seats

GROVETOWN - A former militia organizer who advocates gun ownership for everyone was among five candidates who qualified by Friday to seek election during Grovetown's Nov. 4 city council elections.

Jim Stachowiak is a former member of a paramilitary group known as the Georgia Citizen's Militia, which, he said, disbanded in January. His pro-gun platform is based on the idea that armed citizens deter crime.

Also qualifying for two available seats on Grovetown's four-member city council were incumbents Mark Devoti and Curtis Newman; and two newcomers, Kenneth Drew and James Stefani, according to City Clerk Shirley Beasley.

With five contenders for two seats, the two highest vote-getters will be the winners, she said.

There were 2,258 voters eligible to participate in the election during the last count Aug. 6, Ms. Beasley said. Any unregistered voters wishing to participate must register by Oct. 6.

Registration cards are available at Grovetown City Hall or at the Columbia County elections office in Evans.

In Harlem, which also has two city council seats up for grabs Nov. 4, incumbents Bobby Burroughs and Jimmy Ousley were the only candidates to announce before qualifying ended at noon, City Clerk Jean Dove said.

With only incumbents seeking re-election, the city likely will cancel its scheduled election, she said.

I have been very lenient in people calling me names I know that are not true, but could also be up for debate concerning one's perspective...for instance, I have allowed people here to call me a prostitute and delusional for a year now, but these attacks have extended oput to our listeners and law enforcement agencies that care not about the truth which has put unnecessary burden on my life and that of my children.
Most recently, this same provocateur, Jim Stachowaik has accused us of threatening to kill people, have said that I choke my children and that I shot my dog.
This is WAY OVER THE TOP And should not be tolerated any longer.

Those who assist in this slander put themselves in danger of a lawsuit with plenty of evidence that they have allowed this malicious slander to continue.

It is clear the motivations of this show host, to defame me, hurt my reputation and cause criminal action which could result in the loss of my children, and does create harassment by these agencies that either hear or come after me because of these lies.

This is criminal and I expect someone here at talkshoe to do something about this right away.

Enough time has elapsed where it is obvious that just talking to this person will not alleviate the pain caused so maliciously by this host and therefore need to be taken down for their lack of regard for the rules here.

I am done being patient and letting these criminal stalkers continue to cause me harm. Anyone who allows this to continue here will also be named in the lawsuit.

Please consider this a friendly warning as I have been more than patient and enough is enough.

Jim Stach is the one that's responsible for the majority of what Christie is going through. He just needs to lay down the pipe and realize he's putting himself in more and more peril the more he thinks he doesn't have to stop harrasing Christie and those that care for her. (myself being one in that group btw!) He's been harrasing me via email since the night I found out on his show Freedom Fighter that he likes to scream "f@#$ JESUS" at the top of his lungs!.That's a crackhead for ya!! To put it bluntly he's a literal crackhead, an alleged child molester with no common sense, decency or human dignity. If you catch him on a good night he'll tell you all about it. lol

First this isn't over the top, no this is so low a new scale would be required to measure just how low this is. It represents the depth of depravity that men will go when his pride is bruised and the growing sadness that comes with the creation he finds when he looks down. I'm sure that the fear and anger that drives this is increased by the fact that they believe that mommy didn't love her little boy

A cheap shot, not really, these men are not only a danger to Christie, they are a danger to society. Think about it, if they will stoop this low to hurt a single mother and her children, do they have any bounds on who they will seek to harm. This man knows what CPS does to children and still he does his best to get CPS to take her girls; just that is an immoral act of a deprived human! by the way I have spent time with Christie's girls and they have to be some of the most balanced, knowledge and educated children for their ages I've been around.

Repeat the lie? You're not only a small man, but your record certifies who the liar is. I guess your mother is proud of what you do huh jimmi or does she know how you beat women? Wait, that is why you are still at home isn't it, you beat your mother to--man that is sick! Yes, everyone jimmi does all of his beatings from the comfort of his mommies home and tells everyone it is his. Nothing is for free, the Truth will prevail here as it always does and obvious traitors are the first to go when the fighting starts; traitor!

What is it, do you have a contract for one of Christie's daughters if you are able to get them taken away form her? Has one of your government bosses got a contract or made you promises? What can be served by continuing to have her daughters taken away? Oh, ya, this is your job, you are being paid to do this; traitor! Whatever your reasons, they are criminal! soon or later you will pay for the crimes you have committed against her and her children!

It certainly is interesting how places like talkshoe do not enforce their own guidelines.
I wonder why they put these rules there to begin with if they have no intention to enforce them....starting to sound like our federal government.
I wish I was as slimey as most other federal agent provocateurs like jim stach who was fired from the police force for his crack addiction, but I just can't bring myself that low so I will continue to stick with the facts which are all self evident.
jim's 3 listeners are also fed's so he is just regurgitating the same lies they've been tossing around from since before he tried to set me up last year.

So now that we established that anyone on talkshoe can make up any lie they want top purposefully try to harm another person as talkshoe has allowed to happen since the day I started here, I will let everyone know on my next show that talkshoe is the same as youtube where the criminals prevail and the innocent suffer.
Because of the false claims made about me on talkshoe, I have had many false reports made by him and others to the agencies that jim is trying to sick against me, contrary to what he said about me here...


jim stach has also gone out of his way to go to my show, start trouble and get the contact information of our guests which he then continued to harass for months, even as far as calling people at 6 am to demand my location so that he could continue to file false reports about me in order to take my children away.
Might I suggest to jim, take care of your own crack addicted children who like to shoot up other people's property and follow in your arrogant worthless footsteps. My children are just fine, thank you!

When you make claims about another, you must have something to back it up with so as fare as your last claims, I would like to know...

When was my dog shot?
What piece of furniture did she supposedly chew?
When were my children choked and why weren't the police called?

All I have ever asked is for the rules to be enforced. I have not slandered anyone, only reported truth that I didn't want to report initially because I was embarrassed for people like jim stach and all his embarrassing addictions and criminal activity. I wonder why talkshoe would post rules on the site, then blatantly ignore them.
I'm sure my post will disappear as always, but it will be posted elsewhere so that people will know I have tried to be more than patient.

By the way, when you are looking into jim stachs arrest for stealing crack from his police department he got fired from after a few months in 2005, why don't you also ask him about his fondness for little girls he likes to serve alcohol to in his home...then of course lie to the police again trying to justify and say he had no idea she was in his home! ROTFLMAO!!!

The truth about jim stach is not a pretty one, and unfortunately for him, no matter how much he purposefully lies about me will not take away or cover the truth that he is a criminal stalker, woman abuser and called out hits on several women in the anti illegal immigration debate. Let us not forget when I recorded him admitting it, never mind first hand witnesses that had to flee for their safety.
He has also freely mentioned that he was on probation for these crimes and was not allowed to own guns...well why is it that he is allowed to still have many guns, brag about them and even sell weapons on his show?
I wonder why agent provocateurs are allowed to break any laws they want, terrorizing the lives of innocent citizens and talkshoe supports that?

I've never really written a formal letter with al his criminal actions against me so here is a recent letter I've had to write to someone in law enforcement.


For the past year, Jim has threatened me and others, including all of my radio guests and listeners, along with friends on youtube and myspace.  Her has called many on the phone, if he is able to retrieve their phone number to interfere with my business and personal relationships. He has made up rumors that I am a prostitute, druggie, con artist, delusional and more to scare people in to becoming associated with me in a concerted effort to harm me.  This has affected my personal and business life tremendously and I have yet to find work since these rumors have been posted all over the internet.  I have two children to feed and he has harmed our life with his false allegations.
At least 3 times, he has posted my home address on the front page of his website, encouraging others to come pay me a visit.  I had to leave my home after several months of being stalked and burned with laser weapons.  Even though he has since removed these posts I have pdf copies available.
He has filed false reports about me to CPS and the police and fbi, in order to interfere with my family and cause us harm.  He knows the CPS likes to steal children and separate families for profit, yet that is his number one source of retaliation for people who do not want to associate with him.
Becoming under investigation by multiple agencies all at once is a very difficult time.  My children were scared to death and it caused us so much pain we ahd no choice but to move and leave everything behind.  I believe that the people responsible for this trauma should also be financially liable for our losses.  Jim was unhappy with that so he started calling people al over the country at 6 am to demand to know where I am so he could continue to file false reports so he "could destroy my life."  I have heard him say this multiple times and know that he has followed through.  He even did this while we were in Pennsylvania. In his effort to hurt us, he ended up posting other people's addresses on his home page claiming they were my address.  I have no idea how much harm he brought to these people since I do not know them, nor have I ever been to those locations.  I just hope they didn't have police showing up at there door since I know how traumatizing that can be.
Filing false reports is a felony and this torture has to stop.  I understand Jim is in probation and should probably not be committing so many crimes that he even admits to.  He has done this to several more people just in the last couple months.
I would like to feel safe again as I am a single mother with two innocent beautiful children that do not deserve this.  My only crime was leaving his show.  I never fought with him, I never did anything to him, simply walked away.  Then almost immediately he started filing false reports to harass and terrorize us.  Every time someone quits his show, he blackmails them by saying he will file false reports about them or someone close to them.  There are recording posted where you can hear him admit it at least once.

He is also on record saying he was going to "do something" about the Georgia guidestones.  They had since been vandalized and there is a recording of him admitting it.  There are several other sources that also claim he had admitted it to them as well.

Yes, jim stachowiak is at it again...apparently I will never be allowed to show my face or chat name anywhere as long as jim has declared it his territory.
I showed up at a show last night put on by truckers, which everyone knows I fully support because Granny was to be the special guest.
Well, they started the show with jim, let him run on and on, then introduced their guest.  About that time jim decided to write me some comments and I firmly told him I would never trust him for what he did to me and my family, including the lives and families of others he's attacked since me.  Of coruse when I made that clear, I was scolded for answering his question and automatically, everything jim has ever done to everyone became my fault!
They were saying things like Christie, let the past go....what they don't realize is that this is not the past and it is not just a mistake.
Jim gets paid to go around stalking people, disrupting shows, slandering good patriots and causing disharmony.  So, of course jim was allowed to slander me all night long, but as soon as I made them a promise that I would not repsond to him, they deleted me!!!  LOL
They ranted all night long, ignoring their special guest about how they want unity, forget the past and negativity while jim singed up in about 20 different names to keep gong back in the show after he was deleted....for some reason, they blamed me for jims' psychotic behavior and kept me deleted while he continued his shenanigans on their.
These people were obviously VERY BIASED as I had never met them, never been to their show and while I was there, only offered to help.  They wanted nothing to do with me because jim is god and I'm the devil...their treatment of me based on his slanderous lies permeated the entire chat room.  I think everyone got to see who these fake freedom fighting truckers really are last night, but I will let everyone else speak for themselves.
I just wonder how much more of my life will I have to deal with the aftermath effects of jim's year long tirade against me?  Why is it that I have to take the blame?  Are these just more 'good old boys' part of the network or are they sincerely stupid?
After listening to the entire show last night, it was clear they had ZERO respect for women.
They ignored their guest all night long, till she finally screamed out and told them the deal...which of course they still ignored.  They would only engage in conversation with men who they perceived to be one of them and continued to chastise me all night for something I wasn't even part of!!!  How ridiculous is that?  They just ranted all night just to hear themselves talk.  Their topic was supposedly uniting, but they talked foe 3 hours about things they said they didn't want to talk about...without even knowing all the information!
So automatically once again, I'm the devil, I'm not allowed to show up on other shows or anywhere who jim might have already called and warned not to talk to me.
He has done this with everyone I have ever even met!!!  Every guest I've ever had on my show...all of my youtube and myspace friends.  He has had my page deleted more than once, which incidentally, I'm going to make him put his money where his mouth is...which will show once again who the liar is.  See, youtube will allow you make false copyright claims on other people's videos IF you are wiling to lie.  Well, jim has lied more than once claiming that MY video violate HIS copyright!  LMAO, so according to youtube if I file a counter claim, he is forced to respond to me with a lawsuit within 10 days or youtube will reinstate my site and gio after him for lying....it's been 5 days so far so I don't perceive a fake lawsuit from jim so once again he will have to show the world he is a LIAR and he will lose his site and mine will be restored.
Doesn't this guy have anything better to do than get my sites deleted all the time?  Does he not have anything better to do than go around stalking me and anyone I know, threatening them to stay away from me?
The crazy thing is, how stupid are these people who listen to him?  Like the truckers???  I had a heck of a lot of respect for truckers till last night.  It was not what they allowed jim to do to them, fooling them and lying that helped me make my decision, it was THEIR actions and lack of actions, their hypocrisy and unwillingness to do what it takes to get this country back on track.
They constantly made excuses as to why they can't go on strike which only shows me they are just more fake patriots going with the flow for a buck.
We can't get anywhere if no one is willing to stick their neck out and say no.
What makes me special?  Am I the only one that can say no?  It takes a girl to do what the men are supposed to be doing?

intimidating behavior, and which serves no legitimate purpose. This Code section shall not be construed to
require that an overt threat of death or bodily injury has been made.
(2) A person commits the offense of stalking when such person, in violation of a bond to keep the peace
posted pursuant to Code Section 17-6-110, standing order issued under Code Section 19-1-1, temporary
restraining order, temporary protective order, permanent restraining order, permanent protective order,
preliminary injunction, or permanent injunction or condition of pretrial release, condition of probation, or
condition of parole in effect prohibiting the harassment or intimidation of another person, broadcasts or
publishes, including electronic publication, the picture, name, address, or phone number of a person for
whose benefit the bond, order, or condition was made and without such person's consent in such a manner
that causes other persons to harass or intimidate such person and the person making the broadcast or
publication knew or had reason to believe that such broadcast or publication would cause such person to
be harassed or intimidated by others.
(b) Except as provided in subsection (c) of this Code section, a person who commits the offense of
stalking is guilty of a misdemeanor.
(c) Upon the second conviction, and all subsequent convictions, for stalking the defendant shall be guilty
of a felony and shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year nor more than ten years.
(d) Before sentencing a defendant for any conviction of stalking under this Code section or aggravated
stalking under Code Section 16-5-91, the sentencing judge may require psychological evaluation of the
offender and shall consider the entire criminal record of the offender. At the time of sentencing, the judge
is authorized to issue a permanent restraining order against the offender to protect the person stalked and

I recently found out that jim bought the rest of the domains available that resemble our names that all direct to his lame site...another attempt to take over everything that people like.

Free Speech vs. Slander

I respect the fact that talkshoe allows and supports free speech, however there is a difference between free speech and slander which is criminal.

Talkshoe's guidelines say:

So I am wondering why talkshoe allows certain people to continuously violate these guidelines?

I, and others have been reporting these issues for over a year and instead of getting better, it's getting worse. Most recent was last night where certain users who work for the FBI claimed that I and others bombed and conspired to bomb federal buildings, have claimed I have murdered military members, have claimed I committed vandalism and prostitution, have claimed I have plans to kidnap another talkshoe host with a chemical agent, have claimed child pornography and that I have held orgies and forced others to have sex, have claimed I am a thief and have stolen money from certain fbi self proclaimed moles, have shot my own dog, have choked my children, have conspired to overthrow the government and kill congressmen and much much more. They have even given out my home address and personal information on their shows many times.
These sickening allegations are so many that I can't possibly remember them all, however they all can be found at 2 certain sites.
These people have made shows specifically designed to harass, impersonate, slander and threaten myself and my family. They have even gone so far as to actually file these reports with various agencies in order to initiate investigations and raids upon my home.

Does this happen to anyone else here on talkshoe or am I the only one that is allowed to be abused in this manner?

Why is it that talkshoe does not enforce their own terms of service???
