   1.
         1. A person commits the offense of stalking when he or she follows, places under surveillance, or contacts another person at or about a place or places without the consent of the other person for the purpose of harassing and intimidating the other person. For the purpose of this article, the terms "computer" and "computer network" shall have the same meanings as set out in Code Section 16-9-92; the term "contact" shall mean any communication including without being limited to communication in person, by telephone, by mail, by broadcast, by computer, by computer network, or by any other electronic device; and the place or places that contact by telephone, mail, broadcast, computer, computer network, or any other electronic device is deemed to occur shall be the place or places where such communication is received. For the purpose of this article, the term "place or places" shall include any public or private property occupied by the victim other than the residence of the defendant. For the purposes of this article, the term "harassing and intimidating" means a knowing and willful course of conduct directed at a specific person which causes emotional distress by placing such person in reasonable fear for such person's safety or the safety of a member of his or her immediate family, by establishing a pattern of harassing and intimidating behavior, and which serves no legitimate purpose. This Code section shall not be construed to require that an overt threat of death or bodily injury has been made.

         2. A person commits the offense of stalking when such person, in violation of a bond to keep the peace posted pursuant to Code Section 17-6-110, standing order issued under Code Section 19-1-1, temporary restraining order, temporary protective order, permanent restraining order, permanent protective order, preliminary injunction, or permanent injunction or condition of pretrial release, condition of probation, or condition of parole in effect prohibiting the harassment or intimidation of another person, broadcasts or publishes, including electronic publication, the picture, name, address, or phone number of a person for whose benefit the bond, order, or condition was made and without such person's consent in such a manner that causes other persons to harass or intimidate such person and the person making the broadcast or publication knew or had reason to believe that such broadcast or publication would cause such person to be harassed or intimidated by others.

    The following persons listed below have been notified of this situation. They continue to stay in contact with this person despite the fact that this person has put many lives in danger.

   After months  of happily not hearing from Jim Post with Freedom Fighter Radio, he's back and leaving threatening messages again all day long on our message machine that he's contacting all NH media and police reporting to them as with promoting on his show that "LFOD Rally is dangerous due to "Truthbrigade Radio and Poker Face inviting subversives endangering American citizen's" " That vigilante's being accused of being pedophile's will be seeking revenge on LFOD rally participants" "he doesn't care if its slander" " If I don't return his call's there will be serious repercussions", "I'm welcome to come to Georgia and try doing something about it".
   WOW, is this guy a wack job. I have WAY too much going on to even pay attention to this fruit cake.  I did leave brief message for him " Jim, your very disturbed individual, if you want to trash LFODR due to pissing matchs  you have with others there's nothing I can do about it, I was expecting you were going to join the other enemies' (like Goldfuck) of free speech and assembly with doing this, have at it".
   I highly doubt NH press or authorities' are going to pay attention to some wack job pedophile in Georgia.

You know, I really wish that just once, these guys would add some proof of their claims!  Just once!  It's only been over 2 years of this garbage!!!

So where is this documented information they are speaking of?  Why is this provocateur allowed to go around harassing and threatening everyone simply for talking to me or allowing me to speak on the radio?

To date, he has harassed and stalked each and everyone of my show guests, congressmen, listeners and chatters.
He has gone out of his way to get phone numbers and call anyone who has talked to me in the past or may talk to me in the future.  He has filed no less than a dozen false reports that I am committing crimes such as bombing buildings, kidnapping with chemical agents, torturing my children, shooting my dog, murder, theft and more.

I suppose this is good timing since Cathy Meadows will be on tomorrow to talk about sociopaths.  I guess she will have to diagnose him live on that air. 

He should have taken a hint last time and left me alone.

The BATFE (Bureau of Arbitrary Findings and Edicts) has no problem with Americans wanting to shoot helicopters out of the sky.How can this statement be made simply because of the fact that they are aware of this information and have chosen to ignore it. Also Law Enforcement has also chosen to ignore people wanting to kill a Minutemen leader if he comes within 5 blocks of their house.

What is interesting here is that every person that Jim is attacking has been around for a long time; many fighting valiantly for years within “the Matrix”. The one thing all who are being attacked by Jim have in common is, they have all broke out of “the Matrix” and are now exploring a whole new world. You see it is Jim’s job to insure that they fail.

Although, this little saga is just a tiny spot in the bigger picture, the battle is the same at every level, everywhere, all the time. It is our hope that all will see this and put their energy in the battle someplace that it will produce lasting change.
