Information, research, and causes of, Parental Alienation Syndrome.. Parental Alienation Syndrome is a term coined by Richard Gardner in the early 1980's, and it refers to an ongoing behavior by children wherein a child belittles and insults one parent without justification, due to a combination of factors, including indoctrination by the other parent (almost exclusively as part of a child custody dispute) and the child's own attempts to denigrate the target parent.

Cathy is a Clinical Psychologist and expert in psychopathy, serial killers, gang stalking and targeted individuals. She has been working privately for 10 years in counseling. Before that she was a counselor at a drug/alcohol clinic. She has been researching the TI phenomena for over 2 decades.

She is also a targeted individual and has helped many overcome and work through emotional distress related to targeting.

Cathy Meadows has a Master's in Clinical Psychology and is a scientist and published researcher. She is published in 2 psychology. books as a researcher, and has some expertise in psychopathy, serial killers, and mass murderers as well as the Targeted Individual phenomenon. She has also researched Learning Disabilities in children and am published for that. She also does counseling of all kinds including that for targeted individuals (She also does relationship and money counseling).
