Cathy Meadows has a Master's in Clinical Psychology and is a scientist and published researcher.  She is published in 2 psychology books as a researcher, Graduate Assistant Resource, and has some expertise in psychopathy, serial killers, and mass murderers as well as the Targeted Individual phenomenon.  She has also researched Learning Disabilities in children and is published for that.  She also does counseling of all kinds including that for targeted individuals, relationship and money counseling.

She has also been running correctional experiments for over 30 years with regard to psychic phenomena and astrology.
