Composer Bear Woodson on Music, MKULTRA and Corruption in the Institutions of Higher Learning

Bear, has some rare talents that have been used by our government for covert spying operations, for many reasons his discoveries in music theory been suppressed by the corrupt bureaucratic system of governance present in all public funded institutions and he suffers from a debilitating disease; but is denied the benefits offered to others with far less disabilities.  Bear's life story and current situation truly shines a light on the corrupt system we fight.

Excerpts from two different brief biographies:

  "Bear" Thomas C. Woodson was born in 1954 near Washington D.C. His
father was military, so the family moved often around the US and Europe.
That included living on three different occasions, each: near Washington
D.C., in Arizona and in Los Angeles. Woodson had some training in several

   There was no exposure to Classical Music in his family, but by age 16
Woodson had not only found all Popular Music boring, but began "hearing"
symphonic music in his imagination. Despite having always planned to become
a scientist or medical doctor, Woodson went to college as a Composer, and
quickly displayed advanced skills at 18th and 20th Century "Music Theory"
(the "Science of Harmony and all the Technical Features in Music"),
orchestration and "Counterpoint" (the "Science of manipulating Melodies into
Canons and Fugues").

  Since the Early 1970's, Woodson had been asking about the Origins of
Canons and the Several Kinds of Fugues from dozens of Composers and Music
Theorists, only to find that None of them had given it a first thought. By
the Mid-1990's, Woodson began investigating the Limits of what had Not Been
Done with Canons and Fugues.

   From 1999 onward Woodson began experimenting with those Contrapuntal
Limits, and crossed those lines several times, resulting in writing some of
the Longest Examples of Rare Kinds of Canons and Inventing Several Entirely
NEW Kinds of Fugues. In 2005, Woodson sent Sample Scores of his first Nine,
Copyrighted Fugues to experts in the US and Europe, and they confirmed that

   As of July 2009 Woodson's total includes having Invented 26 Entirely NEW
Kinds of Fugues, which can be found in his various works for small ensemble,
7 Concerti (each for a different kind of Solo Instrument) and his huge First
Symphony (an hour long). None of his music is for two hands on one piano
alone; all require at least one other instrument.

  Maybe it's long overdue for me to send you Names of people that were

is recorded at all, it is recorded in the Left Hemisphere of the Brain,
where Music is stored. Words that we Do Understand, are stored with Science
and Logic in the Right Hemisphere.) Foreign Language Skills and Music often
go hand-in-hand.

3) I have extremely good "Dichotic Listening Skills" which is the ability to
hear several different melodies of different spoken voices, and later be
able to sing, speak, or write them down correctly.

 I am just a layperson, but it sort of sounds like his method could of been
based on Ray Kurzweil's innovations concerning computers and music.

In 1982, as he was showing Ray a new studio he had built in Los Angeles, Stevie Wonder lamented the state of affairs of musical instruments. On the one hand there was the world of acoustic instruments (e.g., piano, guitar, violin), which provided rich complex sounds, but were difficult to play, and suffered from a wide range of limitations. On the other hand, the world of computer-based instruments allowed advanced control techniques such as multi-track sequencing and layering, but was only capable of creating thin synthetic sounds

Wouldn't it be great," Stevie asked Ray, "if we could use the extraordinarily flexible computer-control methods on the beautiful sounds of acoustic instruments." The result of this challenge was Ray's 1982 founding of Kurzweil Music Systems with Stevie Wonder as musical advisor. In 1984, Kurzweil Music introduced the Kurzweil 250, the first computer-based instrument that could realistically recreate the musical response of the grand piano and other orchestral instruments. In A/B tests, musicians were unable to distinguish the Kurzweil 250 from a concert grand piano. With this technology, a teenager could play an entire orchestra or rock band in her bedroom.

Ray sold Kurzweil Music Systems to Young Chang, a large Korean musical instrument company, in 1990 and remained as an active consultant through 1994. The Kurzweil Music Systems division of Young Chang continues today as one of the market leaders in computer-based musical instruments, marketed in more than 40 countries.

  Ray Kurzweil appeared on Steve's Allen's show "I've Got a Secret" in 1965.
Ray's secret was he invented the computer that composed the piano music he played.

walked on stage, played a composition on an old upright piano, and then whispered to I've Got a Secret host Steve Allen "I built my own computer".

"Well that's impressive," Steve Allen replied, "but what does that have to do with the piece you just played?" Ray then whispered the rest of his secret: "The computer composed the piece I just played." During the yes or no questions, former Miss America Bess Myerson was stumped, but film star Henry Morgan, the second celebrity panelist, guessed Ray's secret.

This high school project was Ray Kurzweil's first endeavor in the field of "pattern recognition," which Ray describes as

"that part of the AI field where we teach computers to recognize abstract patterns, a capability that dominates human thinking."

Ray programmed his computer to analyze the patterns in musical compositions by famous composers and then compose original new melodies in a similar style. For the project, Ray won First Prize in the International Science Fair, and was one of the 40 Westinghouse Science Talent Search winners that got to meet President Lyndon Johnson in a White House award ceremony.



In 1974, Ray started his first major enterprise, Kurzweil Computer Products, Inc. (KCP), to pursue his interest in pattern recognition, attacking the then classical and unsolved problem of teaching a computer to identify printed or typed characters regardless of typestyle and printing quality. Existing systems could only recognize certain special fonts (such as Courier, OCR A). Ray and his colleagues taught the computer how to extract the abstract qualities of letter shapes, defining what essential properties made, for example, all capital A's different from all capital B's.

When I first found this man, their was other bio that is no longer in it about
some of his technologies that he sold to Bell Technolgy's as well to the
government, but those references have been removed.

 Now this link when I first found it, when you clicked on the Brain it opened
like 2 dozen bubbles links of computer and brain references.  Now they
won't let me open it.  I can see a redirect program running at the bottom
that shows what the above link showed when I tried to also click on that

  It was amazing how it branched out from each of those bubbles.  Maybe one
of you computer experts here could get that page open and paste it for us
on the brain.  It included a very odd reference to "Dameon"

  This man, Bear Woodson, and his extradinarary significant inventions, maybe his inventions might help us counteract whatever they are aiming at us of their RF pulsed sound generation devices that speak our brains language.

Tunability

The phenomenon is tunable in that the characteristic sounds and
intensities of those sounds depend on the characteristics of the RF
energy as delivered.  Because the frequency of the sound is dependent
on the pulse characteristics of the RF energy, IT SEEMS POSSIBLE THAT
THIS TECHNOLOGY COULD BE DEVELOPED to the point where words could be
transmitted to be HEARD LIKE THE SPOKEN WORD EXCEPT THAT IT COULD
ONLY BE HEARD WITHIN A PERSON'S HEAD.



  In one experiment, communication of the words from one to ten using
"SPEECH MODULATED" MICROWAVE ENERGY WAS SUCCESSFULLY DEMONSTRATED.

  MICROPHONES NEXT TO THE PERSON EXPERIENCING THE VOICE COULD NOT
PICK UP THE SOUND.  ADDITIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF THIS WOULD OPEN UP A WIDE RANGE OF POSSIBILITIES.

HUMANS HAVE BEEN SUBJECTED TO THIS PHENOMENON FOR MANY YEARS

Microwave hearing is a phenomenon,decribed by human observers as the
sensations of buzzing,ticking,hissing,or knocking sounds that
orginate within or immediately behind the head.   There is no sound
propagating through the air like normal sound

This technology in its crudest form could be used to distract individuals,refined it could be used to communicate with hostages or hostages takers directly BY MORSE CODE
or other message systems, possibly even by voice communication.
