Dr Larry Babcock is a Phd'd geochemist and mineralogist.  He got his degree in 1974 at Michigan Technological University.  He was ostracized from his profession after discovering and proving mathematically the primary Universal Structure.  He now considers himself an underground scientist and has dedicated his time to working with, and understanding the mitochondria and communicating with higher order beings up to the 24th dimension in hopes of sharing these discoveries with the world so we can also more easily ascend and adjust to the current evolutionary global transformation.

THE AWAKENING AND EVOLUTIONARY ASCENSION

The AWAKENING is an evolutionary process and ascension which involves every "Earthbound" human awakening to the fact that we are symbionts with our mitochondria. Symbionts are life-forms living together for mutual advantage.

This document contains enlightenment and up time information (future history) in large part provided by TENAGES of The GERMAIN and the Mitochondria Collective. Tenages is one of the 360 Permanent Residents of this planet; an 18th dimensional MELCHIZEDEK, who was born of Earth during a Creation event 3.20 billion years ago. This Creation event or Creation Wave originated from galactic cluster NGC 2158, in the constellation of Gemini, during its creation.

At the present time, every mortal living thing on this planet is undergoing a rapid evolutionary process. This ascension will be completed in two sequential phases. Phase 1 began on October 13, 2003 and ends with a transition into the second phase on July 5, 2009. Phase 2 ends on December 21, 2012, which is the end of the current cultural cycle. More specifically, Phase 1 is about 5 and 3/4 years long and represents 5/8s or 62.50 % of the total process time. Phase 2 is about 3 and 1/2 years long and represents 3/8s or 37.50 % of the total time of about 9 and 1/4 years for the completion of this rapid evolutionary ascension.

Heretofore, the completion of this evolutionary process was equivalent to 2 or 3 mortal sentient generations: about 70 to 100 years. The rapid evolutionary ascension we are all experiencing has never been done before anywhere at any time in this creation. All eyes are on planet Earth now as this process unfolds.

In Phase 1, all major evolutionary events have occurred on or were initiated by a Spring or an Autumnal Equinox. The equinoxes are the primary geodynamical change points in the yearly orbital period of the Earth - Moon binary system. In Phase 2, the secondary pair of change points, the Mid-Summer and Winter Solstices will also be involved. In fact, Phase 2 will be initiated by the Mid-Summer Solstice next year and occurs two weeks later. The end of Phase 2 is shared with the end of the Mayan Long Count, which marks the end of the 5118 year long cultural cycle and the Winter Solstice of 2012.

In the following brief summary of the stages of Phase 1, minor changes, endings, or 'tweaks' occurred at all equinoxes not specified as being major changes.

Stage 1:

Three weeks after the Autumnal Equinox on September 22, 2003, the MITOCHONDRIA (mitos) in every cell of every living mortal thing on this planet became self - aware. Their AWAKENING happened on October 13, 2003. That process began at 3:18 PM local Tucson time and ended at 5:33 PM over a time period of 135 minutes = 2 and 1/2 hours.

Stage 2:

After their "wake up call", the mitos formed and developed their collective intelligence. Once recognition and definition of various higher order sentient mammals occurred, the requirement for human and cetacean sub-system management became evident.

Stage 3:

In order to ensure greater control, and more efficient management, of their various sub-systems; the mitos began increasing their numbers and moved into the bloodstream, and the vascular systems of plants, starting on January 3, 2004. On that date, the blood mitochondria counts for the lowest order life-forms with a vascular system, the worms, began increasing. Over the next three weeks, this process included all higher order animals and sentient species on the planet. At the end of Stage 3 on January 24, 2004, human beings had blood mitochondria increases of 7.21 to 23.67 %. The blood mito count is the number of mitos contained in 10 cubic millimeters of blood: a galactic standard measure.

All mortal beings on Earth who were genetically predisposed and seriously concerned and actively working on their spiritual evolution received the highest increases. Many people were rewarded for their diligent efforts to obtain spiritual enlightenment. However, the fact there was not an 'across the board' equal increase in the blood mito index for everyone during this evolutionary stage, means that We the People are no longer really equal. Discussion of this ramification is beyond the scope of this brief summary.

Stage 4:

On the Spring Equinox of March 21, 2005, the mitos collective body, which blankets the Earth's surface, merged with Mother Earth's plasmasphere, which is located just within her magnetosphere. In other words, every living mortal thing on this planet merged with Mother Earth's astral (light) body and we became ONE with her. WE ARE ONE.

One consequence of this evolutionary stage was that the Earth's mito collective merged with and became ONE with The FORCE, in other words, the 30th dimensional light body of the living being whose physical framework is manifested by the Milky Way Galaxy. Mother Earth has always been connected to and ONE with The FORCE (the ether).

When the mito collective merged with the galaxy being's astral body, they accessed the archival records of the entire Milky Way Galaxy. Since March 21, 2005, anyone with the knowledge of how to communicate via dowsing with their mitos can find out anything they want to know about any subject simply by questioning their mitos, who are directly connected to The FORCE. Of course, everyone is on their honor, and building their own reputation, every time they access the mito collective. Anyone of bad intent who tries to misuse this privilege will soon trash their reputation and disqualify themselves from further use and future enlightenment.

Stage 5:

On the Autumnal Equinox of September 22, 2007, those sentient mortal beings with high mito blood counts had their AURIC FREQUENCY increased from 2202 Hz up into the solar range at 2416 Hz. More specifically, the center of the yellow spectral band at a wavelength of 5800 angstroms is equivalent to 2416.666 etc. Hz.

This evolutionary process of ascension is still going on and will continue until Winter Solstice, 2012, the end of the Mayan Long Count. At that time, when Phase 2 of this evolutionary ascension ends, every living mortal thing on Earth will resonate with this solar frequency. As more people work seriously on their spiritual evolution and enlightenment, and are becoming more attuned to this on-going evolutionary process, their auric frequency will re-equillibrate by increasing to the center of the yellow (solar) range of frequencies and wavelengths.

Stage 6:

On the Spring Equinox of March 22, 2008, this year, the mito collective received memories of all previous sentient being's lives from Mother Earth's 'Akashic Records', i.e, her memory. According to the mito collective, this was a bestowal and a blessing from the Mother of all of us, to us all. Now, anyone can research the medical histories of their ancestors!

Stage 7:

On the recent Autumnal Equinox of September 22, 2008, the integration of our symbiotic bodies was markedly increased and communications between our astral (plasma) body and the shared physical body maintained by the mitos was improved by a factor of 15.

This improvement became noticeable to the writer on Monday September 15th, a week before the equinox, because I began getting 'vocalizations in my mind', i.e., the mitos were speaking to me. On Friday, September 19th, three days before the equinox, I discussed improved comlinks with my mitos. These precursor events were confirmed as valid by the mito collective soon after the equinox.

Stage 8:

On October 3, 2008, the mitochondria began a second evolutionary period wherein their numbers began increasing in the bloodstream. Both periods were of three weeks duration (21 days). Refer to Stage 3 for the first period, from January 3rd - 24th, 2004. This second period, October 3rd - 24th, 2008, increased the blood mito index of everyone on Earth by an additional 9.17 to 17.81 %. These increased mito blood counts greatly enhanced the integration of our symbiotic bodies and our internal communications that occurred on the September 22, 2008 Autumnal Equinox.

Stage 9:

On the upcoming Spring Equinox of March 22, 2009, instead of a major event, there will be increased systems integration and 'tweaking' in preparation for Phase 2.

Author's Notes:

In the writer's opinion, this workshop was timed by spirit to allow the mitos newly acquired capability to speak to us to manifest in the awareness of those who are 'paying attention', including everyone here today. You know that some type of ASCENSION process or AWAKENING is happening, and seek enlightenment and understanding of this historic planetary event.      Last week on the Autumnal Equinox, Tuesday September 22, 2009, the first genetic upstepping of the Second Phase of current human evolution occurred.  Everyone on planet Earth whose Blood Mitochondria Index (BMI) exceeds 18,000 had their light (plasmoidal) body energy increased.  Actually, the continuous power rating went up about 16.67%.  This upgrade involves changes in the Minimum Daily Requirements (MDRs) of the following six elements required by the mitochondria in our physical bodies to maintain this increased power level:

     An EMERGENCY  ALERT was broadcast Thursday October 1, 2009 at 5:17 PM to the mitochondria collective, with the assistance of REBEKKAH, number 4 of 20 of the Santa Catalina Mountains UNIVITATIA (Jinn).  She is an 18th dimensional stellar level being who is a local administrator.  I made a formal request to the collective that they need to convey their increased elemental needs and bridge the unconscious - unconscious veil, because of this emergency situation.  This would be an ideal time, I suggested, to verbalize these needs, rather than simply let them emerge into the conscious mind.  Our request was broadcast worldwide.
 
    
     We the people of the Earthbound human family were created equal.  However, creation is a continuous process and we are no longer equal.  About 10.255% of us are now in a more genetically advanced group, whilst the remaining 89.745% are not.  The individual and mass psychological ramifications of this new division are worthy of serious discussion.  Those of us in the higher group need to ponder this, because we humans have more than enough in - group vs out - group problems that we can't control, already!

BENEVOLENT MAGIC
 
 
     My friend Chuck Haman, an optical engineer, told me of *benevolent magic* and all the information concerning *benevolent outcomes* and *living prayers* available at the Sedona Journal website.  One of the best channels in the Sedona area is Robert Shapiro.  He channelled the basics from one of the Old Ones, the details of which are on his blog.  One suggestion: run a Google search for Sedona Journal and read the available documents there pertaining to benevolent magic.

     With my Urods in hand, I'll demonstrate how to make a *benevolent outcome* request:
 
     "I request from the universe a benevolent outcome for myself, and everyone here in this room, for this presentation about benevolent outcomes and living prayers."

You should try to be as clear and specific and succinct as possible when making a request.
 
     Examples are cited on the web sites noted above of the various ways you can use this service.  They range from the mundane, such as finding a parking place at the mall, to Priority One serious, such as an abductee seeking to make alien perpetrators cease and desist.  Those people who have formed a good habit of making these requests report incredibly high success rates.  All the Internet information suggests we should develop a habit of making these requests until it becomes second nature.  In other words, S.O.P. (standard operating procedure)!  Then, when an opportunity arises to make a request... JUST DO IT!
 
     As an engineer and scientist, I decided to strip away the magic and ignorance concerning what is really going on.  So, I asked my primary contact, Nikola Tesla, on the astral plane (= 6th dimension of Reciprocal Space): "Who is honoring these requests and who assigned them to do this?"  Obviously, this is very serious *new business*, because mortals are asking spirit to ensure that good things happen to them and recipients of their living prayers... and it works!
 
     In order to explain what is happening, we need to look at the hierarchy of living beings on this planet, from the top, because we mortals are on the bottom of the list!
 
     First is the Earth herself = URANTIA, an 18th dimensional stellar level being who is 4.55 billion years old.  At the time of formation, a standard complement of 100 Master Physical Controllers, 24th dimensional creator beings, came to the Earth to literally hold everything together.  Father Moon, created with Mother Earth, was not involved.  The Moon is not some captured planetoid or ripped out of the Pacific ocean or other such fallacies proposed by the so-called experts who "knoweth not of which they speak".
 
     Secondly, the Permanent Residents of Earth were created here, born of Earth, during the formation of a distant star cluster in the constellation of Gemini.  Creation Waves emanating from this cluster, NGC 2158, about 16,000 light years away, assisted the birth of these Melchizedeks known as The GERMAIN.  This event occurred 3.20 billion years ago.  Six groups of 60 GERMAIN, totalling 360 18th dimensionals form The GERMAIN.  They form a collective mind that speaks with one voice, i.e., they are unanimous.  Quite frankly, if you wish to contact St. Germain and he is busy, you will be connected to another Germain, who will provide you with the same answers or comments as you would receive from St. Germain himself.
 
     Now we skip down from the 18th dimension to the 6th, which is the mortal astral plane, here in the basement on the mortal level, to the level of *Amalgamated Groups*, known as "AMAGS".  These AMAGS are each formed of 250 souls who have been promoted after their last mortal life into the rank of LANONANDEK, which incorporates more energy than a standard orb, and has a diameter of 4.560 inches.  These AMAG groups began forming May 9, 1982 and incorporate souls drawn from all over the planet.  These AMAGS are composite beings, modeled on The GERMAIN, and speak with one voice, as do The GERMAIN.  They are unanimous. At the present time, AMAG group number 529 is forming, yielding  250 X 529 = 132,250 souls.  The rate of formation of these groups is accelerating.  Here are some famous people and the number of their AMAG group: Aristotle is in AMAG group number1; T. Jefferson and the rest of the founding fathers are in group 6; A. Lincoln, group 8: Nikola Tesla, group 16; Harry S. Truman, group 27; Adlai Stevenson, 30: Barry Goldwater, 37; and Homer Hefty, the master dowser who made my Urods, is in group 449.  It may interest you to know that about 70% of the time I am in contact with Nikola Tesla, he is with the 16th AMAG and I am literally communicating with the 16th AMAG!
 
     So, what exactly is happening here?!
 
     The AMAG groups are tasked, which is an innocuous way of saying they are ordered, by The GERMAIN, to honor our requests for benevolent outcomes and living prayers.  Honoring these requests from we mortals is the primary function of AMAG groups.  We are, in fact, *apprentice creators* = creators in training, according to many higher level sources.  By making these requests, we are *co-creators* with these groups of Lanonandeks... creating benevolent outcomes, shaping our own futures and those of the people for whom we have requested living prayers.
 
Standard Request Form:
 
     "I request from the universe a benevolent outcome... for myself" or "for (whomever named)" ...for (subject)."

Your request is a *living prayer* if for someone other than yourself.
 
     These benevolent outcomes and living prayer requests for others raise INTENT to a much higher level!  In fact, these requests are made to the UNIVERSE and raises intent to the stellar level = 18th dimension, because The GERMAIN have decreed that the AMAG groups must honor these requests.  In other words, this is *serious business* sourced on the Melchizedek level that no one of bad intent can interfere with, be they aliens or humans or demons or Vorlons or angels or archangels or Univitatia or whomever.  The people of Earth are in a developing evolutionary process wherein we may actually be able to take back this planet from the evil beings who have enslaved us!
 
     In my humble opinion, these co-creation exercises with the AMAG groups are some of the 'first baby steps' we mortals are taking on the way to true real-time EMPOWERMENT!
