Okay, well I guess we didn't get to everything I wanted to go over this time so will have to talk about the history of smoking and tobacco as well as the purpose of the natives use and ceremonies on another show soon.
We did talk about the hermetic philosophy and the importance of not just good physical health, but the role of the mind and spirit.
I also meant to get in to individual herbs and those in my herbal smoke blend, but you will have to wait for that too...LOL
