50 Years in Prison for children refusing to Read!

Yes, I know the title sounds crazy, but when you hear the rest of the story, it will get even more unbelievable, so brace yourself.


A little background:

I am a mother, a single mother of 2 beautiful children. I grew tired of the hustle and bustle of the city, the cost of living, lack of quality education available for my children and the general lack of safety in the city.
I gave birth to both my children in Salt Lake City, Utah. I lived there 8 years and after a separation I decided to move back to my home town which was San Diego in 2003. I thought being close to family would be good for my children since I was having such a hard time getting day care, and after one of my children being kidnapped by a distant "family member" in Oregon, and the other raped and sodomized by the son of a cop who was sleeping with the judge, it became a little hard to trust anyone with my children.

Well this is interesting...I guess I just found a couple more laws they violated...

Found these nuggets in information about the Jared case on the alleged Tucson shooting.

Defense attorney Reuben Camper Cahn, a federal public defender from San Diego, wrote in his motion that "mug shots are powerfully associated with criminality." To publish them is tantamount to trying the case in the media, he wrote.

Under federal law, mug shots are not released except in the 6th U.S. Circuit, which includes Kentucky, Ohio, Michigan and Tennessee. There, case law dictates that they be released under the Freedom of Information Act.

Wow, so you're saying it is ILLEGAL to post my mugshot and convict me in the media when I presumed innocent until proven guilty?

And in the following article we learn that a grand jury has 30 days to indict you to determine probably cause within 30 days...

But before a case can proceed, the defendant has to be indicted by a federal grand jury, which determines if there is probable cause that a crime occurred.

According to the federal Speedy Trial Act of 1974, an indictment is supposed to be handed up within 30 days of arrest. That time has passed.
