Robert Duncan O'Finioan was part of...

Project Talent- the finding and testing of children for high paranormal abilities. They found him in 1966, when he was six years old.

Project Phoenix- hit teams, the training of people to be assassins.  

Ultimate Warrior Project- The super solider turned in to the ultimate physical weapon.

Robert Duncan O'Finioan's first novel, "Innocence Turned Deadly", is the story of a young man thrown into a spider web of lust, greed, corruption, and murder-hidden under the veil of upholding justice.

Since his last appearance with us he was arrested and detained without charge and his daughters apartment bombed.  We will be talking about these incidences and about the mind control projects he was a part of.
