I am not posting Chris' gag order because it is a direct mirror image of this one.

Comments with regards to the gag order:

1) Mariana Tosca filed this gag order under a false name. Her real name is Mariana Coku, not "Mariana Tosa". In other words, she committed perjury.

The PO Box address that Mariana Tosca gives in this part of the RO (PO Box 851) is the exact same PO Box address that Christopher Johnson uses on Manta.com for Mariana Tosca's old shell company, Blue Jasper Productions:

2) Here, we have a number of interesting things. Mariana Tosca falsely claims that I have been using my online alias "Maria Technosux" in an official capacity. "Maria Technosux" is just an online pseudonym I have been using since 1997, and contrary to what Mariana Tosca falsely suggests, I have never used this online pseudonym in an official capacity on any official document whatsoever. I was pseudonymous on the internet for 10 years until Mariana Tosca wrecked my relationship with Christopher.

Certainly I have never done what Mariana Tosca is guilty of doing, such as opening a Facebook account under a false name (which is against Facebook's ToS), or opening an IMDB account under a false name, which she then proceeds to fill up with mostly uncredited roles and an almost entirely fabricated resume. Mariana Tosca connecting my online alias to my real name is her wicked little way of retaliating against the fact that I exposed her real name, which was hardly a secret; Mariana Tosca herself openly admitted that Mariana Coku was her real name over here (go to page 4):

For some reason Mariana Tosca ignores the fact that she herself voluntairly and openly connected her pseudonym to her real life name, and now pretends that it is outrageous of me to point out that Mariana Tosca is just a fake name Mariana Coku invented because Americans cannot pronounce the Albanian name "Coku" (which is pronounced as NTZOW-KOO, as the "j" in "joker", not "Sow-koo" or "Kow-koo").

Mariana Tosca then ridiculously claims that "Greek" is a separate "race". Actually, Greeks are considered caucasians and are hence not considered a separate race at all. Ethnic profiling, anyone? This is Mariana Tosca retaliating against the fact that I exposed her Albanian identity, and pointed out she is using the the fake "Tosca" surname because she wants gullible Americans - who have never been to Europe to know the difference - to think she is Italian instead of Albanian. (Mariana Tosca is contemptuous of her Albanian background because her father, Rrok Coku, abandoned her mother Ariadne Coku.)

3) Obviously I wasn't present at this hearing as the defendant, as I was never even served. Not that I would have been able to do anything had I been served; I do not have the money to travel all the way from Amsterdam to Burbank to fight a frivolous lawsuit such as this one, and obviously I do not have the money to hire a $400 an hour Los Angeles attorney to represent me in my absence. Mariana Tosca sought an ex parte injunction against me, a secret gag order I was powerless to stop or do anything against from Europe.

4) No, I will not obey this ridiculous American order which is the result of jurisdictional overreach on the part of a Burbank judge, and perjury on the part of the plaintiffs. I am a Dutch citizen, not an American subject, the Netherlands is a sovereign country, not a colony of the US, so this gag order does not apply to me in any way.

5) Stating that this is a permanent injunction, in place for the next 3 years. If Mariana thinks I will shut up for the next three years, she is going to find out that I will work to expose her every single day of the next 3 years.

6) These "personal conduct orders" are all frivolous, absurd and ridiculous. I am in another country halfway across the globe from these people. I couldn't hurt Mariana even if I wanted to. Maybe I can ask a rogue state to point their missles at Burbank went Iraq goes to war against the US? :-) Not that I would mind seeing Mariana in a lot of pain right now but there is nothing I can do to cause anything to that effect to happen. Mariana Tosca certainly use the Greek treatment, ie, a good hard slap across the face to bring her to her senses.

7) These stay-away orders are all frivolous, absurd and ridiculous. The distance between Los Angeles and Amsterdam, The Netherlands is 5500 miles, not "100 yards". I wonder why they specified "the vehicle". Could it be that Mariana went and scratched her car, then lied to court during the secret trial that I supposedly did it?

"No guns or other firearms". Again, absurd, ridiculous and frivolous. Citizens are disarmed in the Netherlands anyway, we do not have a second amendment in this country allowing us to carry or bear arms. This is the type of Kafkaesque nonsense that happens when American judges don't know where places are on the map, and they commit jurisdictional overreach, applying American laws and procedures where these are irrelevant.
 
9) "Turn in or Sell Guns or Firearms", that you don't have anyway because citizens are unarmed in the Netherlands and the stupid judge in Burbank who doesn't know where places are on the map and is hence committing jurisdictional overreach, applying American laws and procedures where none are applicable or enforcable. Significantly, this is where the default violation comes into play: "File a receipt with the court within 48 hours (ALL THE WAY FROM THE NETHERLANDS!) of receiving this order that proves guns have been turned in or sold. (You may use CH-145 for this)". Like I said, Mariana and Chris waited two whole weeks before sending me a copy of the RO and the CH-145 form. Even if I wanted to hand in the CH-145 form within 48 hours (ALL THE WAY FROM THE NETHERLANDS), there was no way I could do this, because by the time I received these ROs, 48 hours had already passed. They thus orchestrated a default violation on my part.

11) This is the gag-order part of the RO. This is the part Mariana Tosca used to kill my Livejournal blog of 6 years and block my address. This is the part she used to get Youtube to hijack my account and block my IP address. Malicious, vexatious, unconstitutional and a blatant violation of my freedom of speech. Mariana Tosca is a fascist and a sworn enemy of the first amendment. So is the judge who puts his signature under such a demand for legalized censorship of protected speech. A Dutch judge would have thrown out such a lawsuit. A Californian judge grants it. Mariana Tosca abusing the American legal system to destroy my freedom of speech on the internet is the equivalent of Adolf Hitler's Ermächtigungsgesetz,

I am disgusted that the person who wants to kill my freedom of speech on the internet is going around touting herself as a "social activist". Mariana Tosca is a NATIONAL SOCIALIST.

12) The boys&girls in blue, Burbank's finest *spit*. Rudest police people I have ever had on the phone. The Burbank police officer literally told me to "shut up" over the phone when I called them up. I was gonna tell her: "No Amsterdam police officer has ever told me to shut up over the phone", but then I realized, she's probably just a PTSD vaccine-guinea pig just back from her tour of duty in Iraq seeing her friends getting blown up all around her. She was probably having withdrawal effects from not longer being able to torturing civilian at Abu Ghraib, or playing the Collateral Murder video game. Upon hearing a foreign accent over the phone, she went into full Abu Ghraib mode again.

13) This is Mariana Tosca being a cheap-ass and lying about her income, assets and her shell-companies so that she can abuse the legal system at no cost to herself. Mariana Tosca's family house in Burbank is worth at least $ 500 000 (I looked it up at Alex Jones' favourite website, homegain.com, hahaha!), she is definitely NOT poor, just a scroogy cheap-ass.

WARNINGS AND NOTICES TO THE RESTRAINED PERSON: Again, this is where the CH-145 default violation comes into play. I am now guilty of a crime because I didn't hand in the CH-145 form within 48 hours.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT: This basically says that if I try to travel to the US, I will be arrested at the border, told that there is a restraining order against me, told that I have violated it by not handing in the CH-145 form within 48 hours to prove I don't have guns I don't have, and then I disappear for a year into the pokey, and I get to contribute $1000 to California's bankrupt finances. Sorry Christie, I love you, but I will NEVER visit the US again!

With regards to this part of the gag order, which is the amendment:

This list of additional demands is what makes this an "amended" gag-order. If the gag order itself wasn't bad enough, the amendment certainly takes American absurdism and malicious hysteria to the next level.

Here, Mariana Tosca falsely accuses me of hacking her or intending to hack her. For the record: I have NEVER hacked Mariana Tosca, or anyone else. She then warns me not to do it, as if "do not harass, attack, strike, threaten, assault, hit, follow, stalk, destroy personal property, keep under surveillance, or block movements" wasn't enough to dissuade me from hacking her. Mariana Tosca's belief in the power of paper tigers to intimidate people and ward off entirely imaginary threats of hacking is truly awesome to behold.

Mariana Tosca then demands that I remove content (no  way) from several websites. Some of the sites she lists here aren't even American websites and hence aren't subject to an American gag order. For example, the PGPBoard is a British site. Chirpstory is Japanese (hi Sea Shepherd!). Since I refused to remove anything, Mariana took it upon herself to contact these websites with take-down requests, waving her paper tiger in their faces. It worked too, unfortunately, though it's important to stress here that Mariana Tosca will only contact a site if she thinks they are easy pray and will kneejerk. She has not contacted Truth Brigade or AFR, who have already indicated they'll put up a fight if she tries to have anything removed, and she has not contacted my Dutch webhost, who is already informed of her vendetta against me, knows that her gag order is jurisdictionally irrelevant to the Netherlands, and hence will not kneejerk at the sight of her paper tiger .

The final part of the amendment, which I have mostly redacted to protect the identity of the innocent, truly reveals Mariana Tosca's psychopathy and control-freak tendencies. Mariana Tosca claims that I am the same person as every single one of the people she has listed here. Amusingly, amongst the people listed was my mother; Mariana ridiculously claims my mother and I are one and the same person! Mariana Tosca is abusing her gag order to hold me accountable for anything anyone might ever say about her that might piss her off in some way. Obviously I do not consider myself responsible for what other people say on the internet and do not plan to police them or myself for that matter.

Absurd, Kafkaesque and ridiculous are the words that come to mind after malicious, frivolous, vixatious, censorious, and fascist.
